Physical Treatment of Hives
In general you should avoid trigger factors.
As drug treatment used second-generation antihistamines (Loratadine Cetirizina.. Ebastine. Mizolastine. Fexofenadine), if not improve it is through the first generation such as hydroxyzine, or an antidepressant effect in urticaria such as doxepin.
ive had hives since May of this year and it is now almost the end of August.. It is very frustrating when you itch constantly all day long.. I went to the doctors about it in June and they prescribed medication they also told me to get blood work done so they could see what i was allergic too.. They told me my triggers may be milk, seafood, cockroaches, and dust mites… I dont understand how those could be my triggers because for 1 i have been drinking milk ever since i was little and never broke out in hives. I’ve also eaten seafood plenty of times… dust mites and cockroaches i really dont know how they can play a part in?? I dont play with coackroaches lol … so thats impossible… So my follow up appointment that i went to to reveal my blood work results they asked how my medication was working and i was still breaking out in hives so they prescribed another medication too me but i havent taken it so i dont know if it helps or not… I havent been taking my medication for over 2 weeks now and im FUCKING DYING OVER HERE… itching like crazy i cannot take this anymore.. it gets even worsier when i get out of the shower for some reason… just the other day i got out the shower and i cryed because i was itching sooooo bad that i just got up to the point where i was soo frustrated… I have to go to a medical center this monday on the 31st of August and thats why i havent been taking my medication because they told me not too i guess so they can see how bad my hives really are.. Please email me back i would love to talk to you about your situation as well… i really need to talk to somebody who is experiencing the same ordeal that i am going through.. My email is rozalynn_rugel@yahoo.com ….
