One of these home remedies for skin whitening is to mix a tablespoon of yogurt with oats, with a cream to apply it to those areas that are affected and we want to clarify.

For this we need to rub cream on those areas and let stand for five minutes to take effect on the skin. Then we wash the area with water and place a skin cream. The results can be seen in about four weeks.

Another recipe is based on using about 15 drops of lemon juice and a tablespoon of oil and a teaspoon of honey. With all these ingredients we can apply a cream or in the elbows, heels and knees, which are usually permanently shadowed areas.

This paste should be left for about 10 minutes to act efficiently, then washing with water.

It is good that a person drink plenty of water and multi vitamins on a daily basis, and if someone is suffering from overweight and has scored spots in the groin, you may notice that losing weight these spots will be eliminated.
