The practice of aerobic exercise is very beneficial for our body. Specifically, the race is one of the most complete aerobic exercise, it helps us to improve our respiratory and circulatory system, as well as help you burn calories and maintain good general fitness. But also helps delay the aging of our body.

Yes it is true that when we run our body generates free radicals resulting from excessive intake of oxygen, but these are outweighed by our body if we enjoy good health. Its effect is only safe when compared with the amount of benefits it provides the practice of this sport.
